Instructional Coaching

In my role as an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher/Coach, I collaborated with K-5 teachers, in a manners, including:

• Assisted teachers in purposeful technology integration in their classroom instruction
• Co-taught and modeled lessons
• Analyzed data with classroom teachers to drive their instruction and assessment
• Developed curriculum, instructional resources, and pacing guides as the district’s elementary science liaison
• Led various Professional Learning Communities
• Planned and assisted with hands on science investigations
• Served on building level and various district level leadership team
• Assisted in the Google Suite and other Spotsylvania County district level initiatives

Furthermore, just like working with students, I have found a focus on developing relationships is critical to the coaching process.
